Measurement Policy

1. Measurement Capture Methodologies

Measurements may be captured in two ways:

• Atelier Consultation (Recommended): Directly by our master tailor at Shamshad Market, evaluating your anatomical posture, shoulder drop, and natural movement.
• Digital Submission: Submitted via our online Bespoke Measurement Form on this website, either by the client or through local tailor notes.

2. Atelier Review Process

Whenever a client submits digital measurements, our master tailor personally reviews all proportional ratios (e.g. chest-to-waist drop, shoulder slope) prior to cutting fabric. If any submitted parameter appears statistically irregular or conflicting, we will contact you via WhatsApp or telephone to verify before cutting begins.

3. Fitting Sessions & Adjustments

For wedding sherwanis and bespoke suits, at least one in-person trial fitting at our atelier or arranged home visit in Aligarh is strongly recommended. Minor tailoring adjustments (sleeve hem, trouser outseam, placket button position, waist contouring) identified during the scheduled fitting are executed prior to final handoff.

4. Client Weight & Posture Variations

Bespoke garments are drafted precisely to the measurements recorded at the time of consultation. Substantial weight changes or postural shifts occurring between measurement capture and final handoff may require additional tailoring adjustments.
