1. Atelier Pickup (Recommended)

Because bespoke tailoring depends on final drape and customer satisfaction, in-person pickup at our atelier in Aligarh is the preferred mode of handover:

Location: LIBAS TAILOR, Shamshad Market, Opposite Sulaiman Hall / AMU, Saheb Bagh, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh 202001.
Hours: Consultation and trial sessions scheduled by appointment.
Trial on Collection: Clients are encouraged to try on their Sherwani or suit during pickup so that any fine tweaks can be executed immediately.

2. Local Aligarh Delivery

For clients within Aligarh, coordinated door-to-door delivery can be arranged upon order completion and successful trial fitting. Please confirm address specifics and timing directly with our concierge over WhatsApp.

3. Outstation & Domestic Courier

For clients commissioning garments from Delhi NCR, Lucknow, or across India:

Garments are dispatched via reputable express courier partners with door delivery and tracking coordinates.
Transit times typically range between 2 to 5 business days after completion of atelier crafting and quality inspection.
Applicable courier fees are communicated during consultation based on destination pin-code and package weight/volume.

4. Bespoke Packaging Standards

Every LIBAS TAILOR commission is packaged to safeguard fabric integrity and silhouette structure:

Bespoke Sherwanis and suits are presented in breathable, crease-resistant garment covers with contoured luxury hangers.
Handcrafted buttons, brooches, and pocket accessories are individually wrapped in protective cushioning.

Wedding Timelines: For ceremonial and wedding attire, we advise commissioning garments 3 to 4 weeks before the event date to allow adequate time for trials, detailing, and handover.
