Operational Guidelines • LIBAS TAILOR, Aligarh

1. Bespoke Tailoring Nature

All garments commissioned at LIBAS TAILOR (including sherwanis, bespoke suits, bandhgalas, and kurtas) are individually cut and crafted according to specific client measurements and styling requests. As every order is made-to-order, items cannot be resold to other clients.

2. Consultation & Fitting Appointments

Consultation requests submitted through this website or WhatsApp are subject to confirmation by the atelier. While we strive to accommodate your requested time slot at our Shamshad Market atelier or during home visits, scheduling adjustments may occur during peak wedding seasons.

3. Fitting Sessions & Adjustments

Bespoke tailoring requires active client participation in fitting sessions. Micro-refinements to sleeve pitch, waist contour, or hem drape will be carried out diligently by our tailors during scheduled trials prior to final collection.

4. Commercial Terms & Production Schedules

An advance deposit is standard prior to fabric purchase, pattern cutting, and hand embroidery.
Production timelines vary by silhouette complexity and celebration calendar dates. Turnaround targets are agreed upon during order confirmation.
Full balance is payable upon final fitting and garment handoff.
